TV Star to Movie Star Transformations

As you're probably tired of hearing us say, we got to go to the TV Land Awards last weekend and one of the highlights was seeing the reunion of the cast of Bosom Buddies. The short lived (it only lasted two seasons) comedy about two guys who posed as women to save money on rent. The series was unappreciated at the time and yet it still launched the career of Tom Hanks.

It got us thinking about what other movies stars like Tom Hanks got their start on TV. And which ones were successful and which ones, no so much.
