So it was nice to see Bob at the celebration of his 50 years in show business reflecting on what the night meant to him. And while he might be too humble to reflect on exactly what his TV legacy is, it was fun to hear about his zest for life.
In this clip from the Archive of American Television, Bob talks about his friends, passing the torch to Ray Romano, and what's up next. We're hoping it's the Broadway musical version of Elf
that we've ben hearing about, but sadly he doesn't mention that project.
