The Burbank International Film Festival continues today. And
although there are no screenings at the AMC 6 Theater, there’s still a lot to
do around town. Today’s offerings have a focus on seminars with heavy hitting
industry pros.

Golf Tournament
The BIFF Celebrity Charity Golf Tournament kicks off at 10
am at the DeBell Golf Club at 1500 East Walnut Avenue in Burbank.

Powers has been nominated five
times and won two Emmy Awards for Editing on a Multi-Camera Drama Series for
the soap opera Days of Our Lives. He has over 20 years of experience as an
editor, director, and producer from independent films to network TV shows.
7:00-8:00 PM Colortiming
with David Block of Ascent Media
Block is a well-respected
colorists who works on a variety of platforms including Black Magic Resolve,
Pablo IQ, and Da Vinci 2K. With his breadth of knowledge, he will address the
changing world of colortiming in the modern age.
8:00-9:00 PM Editing
with Chris Jargo
Jargo is an Emmy-nominated and
Golden Reel winning Sound Editor.
His work includes the TV movie A Streetcar Named Desire, the
feature film The Bourne
Ultimatum, and the animated feature Shrek.
