Betty White Can Not Be Stopped

We were thrilled to get the chance this week to interview Betty White on behalf of the Archive of American Television. She was the star at the red carpet event called An Evening with Hot in Cleveland at the TV Academy.

Betty and the rest of her cast mates — Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick — sat down with Larry King for a Q&A in front of an auditorium full of adoring fans. They were also joined by guest actors Carl Reiner and Jon Lovitz, as well as producers Sean Hayes, Todd Milliner and Suzanne Martin.

The following day it was announced that Betty was just cast in yet another TV show. She will be hosting a new prank show called Betty White's Off Their Rockers, where seniors play candid camera-like tricks on youngsters. That should be a good one. And while Betty told us "they must be sick of the topic by now" when we asked about her popularity, it doesn't seem like she's going away anytime soon. Thank goodness.

Here's a clip of Betty talking about the casts of The Golden Girls vs. Hot in Cleveland. And stay tuned for more to come form the night over the next few weeks.
