As if it weren't bizarre enough that Randy Quaid was arrested a few weeks ago for allegedly skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch, the tale got more twisted a few days ago. Randy and his wife, were supposed to appear in court to deal with their fraud charges but they never showed. Now there's talk of extraditing them from Texas to California.
