Wow, we thought it was tough last week when we were voting for the tvseriesfinale.com Best Sitcom in TV History contest. With eight to ten choices in each decade, the decision for that era’s top show seemed difficult to make.
Now comes Round 3 and the field has been narrowed to two shows in each category. It’s practically impossible to decide between I Love Lucy and The Honeymooners
in the ‘50s. And really, what makes The Cosby Show better than Cheers
, or vice-versa, in the ‘80s?
We’ve cast our votes, and again, we’re willing to share what might be unpopular opinions. All we can say if at the end of the day, The Big Bang Theory
beats The Dick Van Dyke Show, we’re unplugging our TV’s and getting day jobs.
Please keep that in mind as you cast your ballots in Round 3.
