Salma Hayek's Frida Flaw

It's hard to think of the stunningly beautiful actress Salma Hayek having even a tiny physical flaw. After all, the Mexican-born beauty has been on People magazine's Most Beautiful people list more than once. She's been named Glamour magazine's Woman of the Year (2001). And a 2007 poll ranked her the sexiest celebrity (out of a possible pool of 3,000 famous men and women).

But the Once Upon a Time in Mexico and Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant star recently spoke out about a beauty problem she brought on herself - her mustache.

In 2001, Hayek produced and starred in the film Frida about the legendary artist Frida Kahlo. Feeling she would be able to accurately recreate the character's signature look with fake facial hair, Hayek actually started shaving her upper lip.

Now she says, she constantly has to wax her upper lip to keep the thick, dark, bristly hairs away. That seems like a lot of work to us. After marrying her baby daddy, Francois-Henri Pinault, in 2009, isn't Salma rich enough to look into a more permanent hair removal solution?

But all that said, we'd rather look like Salma Hayek with a mustache than just about any other starlet without one - any day, any time.
