Tired of the rain? Sick of doing the same old thing every
weekend? Well on October 10, you can
enjoy sunshine and leave your Sunday doldrums behind for a more highbrow
experience.
Will Rogers State Historic Park in the Pacific Palisades is
the place to be for the Inaugural Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. And the star-studded event features a professional polo match between
world-class player and event co-founder Nacho Figueras and his team, Black
Watch, who will be facing off against some of the best players in the sport.
There’ll be celebs on hand, lots of champagne, and a
fleet of L.A.s’ finest food trucks.
Admission is free and guests can hop a shuttle from the
nearby Will Rogers State Beach Parking Lot #3 at 15800 Pacific Coast Highway.
Gates open at 12:00 and the match begins at 1:30, followed by an awards
ceremony at 3:00 PM. Click here for more details.
