Tomorrow night Fran Drescher makes her triumphant return to TV. Her new series, Happily Divorced, based on her own true life events — when her husband came out after year of marriage — premieres on TVLand on June 15. On the show, like in life, after 18 years of marriage Los Angeles florist Fran (Dreshcer) discovers her husband, played by John Michael Higgins, is gay. Fran tries to adjust to the shock, move on with her life and start dating again, all while still living under the same roof as her ex. The legendary Rita Morena plays Fran's mom, Robert Walden is her dad and Tichina Arnold takes on the best friend role.
Happily Divorced premieres on Wednesday, June 15 at 10:30 p.m. EST/9:30 p.m. Central on TVLand.
